Charities
We are proud to stock two ranges in store and online which pass proceeds onto charity.
The first charity is the Lumos Foundation which was founded by J.K. Rowling and works around the world to help the millions of children in orphanages and other institutions regain their right to a family.
At least 15% of the suggested retail price of the Charm Bracelets and Charms (which can be found in our Lumos Foundation range online) will be paid to Lumos Foundation, a non profit organisation registered in England and Wales with registered charity number 1112575.
To find out more about the amazing work the Lumos Foundation do visit www.wearelumos.org
The second charity is Ministry of Stories which was started by Lucy MacNab, Ben Payne and best selling author Nick Hornby (author of About a Boy and many other best selling books) all of whom believe in the power of writing to transform lives. Ministry of Stories is a local writing and mentoring centre in East London where anyone between the ages of 8 and 18 can go and discover their own gift for writing. Further, they provide a publishing platform for young writers, so these fresh, exciting voices are shared with the world.
All profits made by the Hoxton Street Monster Supplies range (available in store and online) go to the Ministry of Stories.
